Fixes error that was causing flag in make builddoc in the CI testing int the file mock_support.rst. This also modifies the documentation and examples in this file and adds the python keyword the the code-block statement where it was missing.

This also modifies the documentation and examples in this file to add the python keyword on the code-block statement where it was missing and rewords some of the examples to clarify the code
