Qtum core 20.4 won't update....how to remedy for non-tech #1024

Have not opened Qtum core since 2022....now won't update/unstake, etc. what is the best way to update from here? I have backup .dat from 2022, and I just did another one 3-9-24. Please advise.

You need to update to latest Qtum version, here's the link with latest releases:

https://github.com/qtumproject/qtum/releases

Choose the correct version for your Operating System, download, install and run.
