Describe the bug
When I try to find kogito-quarkus in https://code.quarkus.io/ it can't be found. However, it still available in https://quarkus.io/extensions/org.kie.kogito/kogito-quarkus/.

That extension was built with 2.16 and so it's not compatible with 3.7.

I also don't see an entry in the extension catalog either, I remember it was removed at some point, but don't remember the exact reason.

UPDATE: it's part of the platform, that's why

Kogito was removed from the platform util it finds an active maintainer, at least. Currently, it's https://github.com/apache/incubator-kie-kogito-runtimes

We are awaiting the renaming at apache to finalize.

What is the current workaround for creating a new quarkus project with kogito as dependency/extension ?
