timerbar fill direction

I know there is a way to change the fill direction of the timerbar. I want the timer bar to start out as full and animate from full to empty, from right to left. Is there a way I can make this happen? I am not very good with code, but I have been able to change some of the customization options within the user/raidboss.ccs file.
