First commit of the Coin Dispensor project.
addition and removal of comments.
The admin methods can now be called from a admin website.
Manifest to use to instantiate the DApp
Reset function of the dispensor pair.

Code made compatible with stokenet
Added the json file that links the site back to the App-Definition.
