Crit blast projectiles cause TF_COND_HALLOWEEN_GHOST_MODE to fail #141

Minicrit and crit blast projectiles (regular crit rockets, Direct Hit minicrits, crit stickies) appear to interrupt TF_COND_HALLOWEEN_GHOST_MODE, where the player_turned_to_ghost event fires and the killed player go into third person, but the ghost model doesn't apply and most importantly, they get sent to respawn instead of remaining alive as a ghost.

This does not happen with crit melee attacks and doesn't appear to happen with crit hitscan, and it doesn't happen with non crit blast projectiles.
