An error occurred while trying to process your request

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open fluxcp for the first time



What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
fluxcp-1.0.0.1000

Please provide any additional information below.
I just downloaded it, extracking it, and when i try to open localhost/fluxcp 
instead of get on the homepage i see those error "An error occurred while 
trying to process your request"
I'm using apache web server on windows 7
other local web under my apache wor fine (phpmyadmin, etc)
