Add clearance hole to foot for access to bottom corner cube

The bottom screws in the frame are accessible via holes in the bottom panel until the feet are installed. A clearance hole through the foot would fix that.

@veng1 you don't need to do anything. We're working on methods of getting fixes upstreamed, so collating the information at this point is the most useful thing we can do!
