Description:
The Release workflow should be configured to trigger only if the CI passes. This will ensure that we do not end up releasing a broken app. I recently did similar work in SciGateway Auth (PR ral-facilities/scigateway-auth#74).

Acceptance criteria:

  • Release workflow triggers only if the CI passes
