Pydantic 1.10.2 does not support python 3.6 #384

Description:
Safety has identified a vulnerability in Pydantic that requires and update to 1.10.2 or greater. Pydantic 1.10.2 does not support python 3.6, which is our minimum version.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Decide
    • To drop support for python 3.6
    • or Find an alternative to Pydantic

Pydantic 1.10.2 prevents long strings as int inputs to fix CVE-2020-10735.
