Description:
We have a workflow that creates releases based on each tag we create. However, this workflow fails the first time it is ran as when it tries to attach the compiled code, the release the workflow just created isn't available yet (might take the GitHub API some time to create a new release?). If you rerun the workflow then it all works fine.
Also, I'd like to remove the "Release " prefix from the release title and just leave it as the tag name
Acceptance criteria:
Tag release workflow works on first attempt
Remove "Release " prefix
