This build has been built with the following build flags:
BUILD_DEFINES=
-DUSE_PERSISTENT_SETTINGS

-DUSE_VULKAN_PRESENTATION

-DUSE_VULKAN_FOR_COLOR_SPACE_CONVERSION

-DUSE_DIRECT_FRAME_DATA_COPY

Supported Hardware And Software Environment:

1. Nvidia GPUs having CUDA support - for video decoding
2. Windows 11, however it may also work in lower versions of windows but has not been tested rigorously.
3. GPUs having Vulkan Driver support - for image presentation.

However, one may also build the source code using different flags if Vulkan is not supported - but for now, Nvidia GPU with CUDA support is required.
