Crowdfunding not possible right now with minSafeRazor as isStakerActive would return false since the new staker wont be able to reveal as his stake would still be less than minStake #957

Need more details here. @SamAg19

This issue states that the staker needs to be able to reveal as well, if minSafeRazor < stake < minStake. Is this right?
