Move all config files to .config #1

Use the xdg_config_home variable and move all the configuration files inside a single .config/ directory so that it directly mimics the dotfiles structure. This will also make sure that existing configurations are not overwritten and it's easy to revert to an existing (unmanaged) set of configuration files.
