The problem

After running the command < avm 1.7.1 > from the command line, I get a "Permission Denied" Error. This is a problem because I know that using sudo is NOT recommended.

Environment

  • Appium Version Manager version (or git revision) that exhibits the issue: v0.1.2
  • Last Appium Version Manager version that did not exhibit the issue (if applicable): Never used AVM before
  • Desktop OS/version used to run Appium: MacOS High Sierra 10.13.3
  • Node.js version (unless using Appium.app|exe): v9.5.0

Details

From scratch, I installed v0.1.2 from the command line on my mac. Then ran the "avm 1.7.1" command from the command line.

Code To Reproduce Issue [ Good To Have ]

< npm install -g appium-version-manager >
< nvm 1.7.1 >
