getting started / hello world dApp

Devs who are new to RChain are likely to expect to see a "getting started" dApp to study / clone.

We have a few candidates, but nothing really exemplary:

• more of a tool than an app, but very useful: https://tgrospic.github.io/rnode-client-js/
• rv2020 with Voting in Rholang slides?
• https://github.com/JoshOrndorff/nth-caller-game was designed for this; bring it up to date?
• https://github.com/rchain-community/RChain-Status is a bit more advanced
  • mix with Liquid Democracy?

None of the above are really rudimentary. Jim: actions.js from liquid democracy as a 'hello world' example and other similar ones so that it's simple to follow, without the whole projects..

@dckc created some more simple 'pizzaShop' examples yesterday that may be good candidates for this

The pizzaShop examples don't have a user interface. A dApp is a complete system with a user interface, no?

Can @TheoXD add UI to Dan's Pizzashop ? Can we do this as part of the mentoring sessions ? Vue interface ? Joshy's Hellow world example has an interface that can potentially be used.
Rock, paper, scissors example can be used, but jimsccarver wasn't able to find it
