Although this is not possible in the UI, the decorators do not prevent a lead clinician from updating their own status to having college level access.

  • new test to ensure e12 user of lead clinician group forbidden update own is_rcpch_audit_team_member flag to true
  • new test to ensure e12 user of any group forbidden update own is_superuser flag to true
  • add above to decorator
