Liferay Help Center Post Release Patch
This release
- Updated a few templates to assure the most accurate representation of the content.
- Fixed a bug with the ticket form where a user's default organization is one where they are a "watcher" for, and it's the first organization in the Organizations list.
- A few minor updates to the UI to adjust gutter space.
- Refined the permissions breakdown.
- Fixed an issue with swapping out content ids between sandbox environment and production environment.
Liferay Help Center Full Release
With this release, Help Center will be the official place for all Liferay products support. It will no longer be limited to Analytics Cloud and DXP Cloud.
In this release, we revamped the homepage and the footer to include more useful links. We also launched eight other product landing pages for core products as well as a mega menu to easily navigate to desired content for selected users. Qualified customers and partners will also be able to see and update their account details, download relevant resources, and attach large attachments to their tickets.

Mid October Release
- Updated the tree navigation on Documentations Template to be more user friendly

- Only display the provisioned products for a given organization on ticket form
- Only display the relevant component for a select product on ticket form

Liferay DXP Cloud Release
- Updated Homepage: Help Center has an updated Homepage which includes new new content and a new illustration
- Instant Search: We updated search for an improved experience
- New Analytics Cloud Landing Page: Help Center now includes a new product landing page for Analytics Cloud
- DXP Cloud Documentation: Help Center includes product documentation for DXP Cloud with a new tree navigation that shows all the sections for the current category and all its articles.
- Updated New Ticket Form: Help Center now includes an updated ticket form for both Analytics Cloud and DXP Cloud Support that will display the Product dropdown based on the user's Product offering.
- Create Ticket Permissions: Now only customers and partners will be able to access the New Ticket Form. Watchers will not be able to open new tickets.
- Improved IE11 support
