Configure Client's Payment Gateway.

The client wants to test orders, shipping and especially the payment gateway, in staging. They have had issues and want to test in a functional sandbox environment. I've spoken with Paul. It's understood that we will pick up the creation and implementation of keys and codes to get this going. We can ask Paul and Victoria questions and they will run test orders. Though I'd like to have one or two confirms by us in Sandbox mode before giving it to Paul for his own testing, might as well test it, or he'll end up sending it back anyway. Thanks!
