Add description field to core contract templates #17

A few people have said they want a description field. We could add new templates with it to use in addition to the ones without it, but at this point it's probably simpler to redefine the initial (constructor-created) templates to add the field.

Implemented in branch https://github.com/realitio/realitio-contracts/commits/feature-description-in-templates - would also need UI work before releasing
