Compose text-area should maintain state as you switch between Compose and Preview #314

If you switch to "Preview" and then back to "Compose" the DOM state of the text area is not persisted. These are things like its scroll position, your cursor's position, if you had resized it. These things should be persisted. This relates and may be affected by #313
