@eschwim is the only owner and maintainer of Mobbage in PyPI, so he is the only person that can publish Mobbage. He's not active on Mobbage right now, we should get other owners and maintainers in the project so that changes can be published.
I suggest we start with adding me as an owner in PyPI. After that we can figure out best practices to minimize the risk of all owners being gone and the package becoming unpublishable. For example, should there be a "Redfin Open Source" owner account or something like that?

@davidalber I added you as an owner on mobbage, as well as dirpy and s3wipe (the other two py packages from redfin). I obviously don't read my github notifications often enough :)
