The purpose of this document is to be a central place to collaborate openly on the most important beginning tasks of research and design necessary to realize a first v0.1 unstable release. So we're trying to do as much planning as we can without over-planning (although most software projects under-plan).
By default you won't have access to edit or comment in the Google Document, but if you'd like to participate, please request it via the link that Google provides at the top of the document.
If you see a task that you'd like to lead, start by creating a new discussion item under this project's Discussions tab titled after the research/design task that you're working on. You should put any documentation, community discussion and general output under your newly created discussion thread to keep as much of our work transparent and available for others to understand and learn from.
