@gmnelson : I can't recall what, if anything prompted this. Are you happy with "sample-by-sample"? If so, I'll just close this.

@mccalluc Yes, "sample-by-sample" seems clear to me.

For consistency, I might change the PCA header from 'Conditions' to 'Samples' since replicates can share the same Condition but each is a unique Sample:
