`getAccountAddress` needs network param #139

Context

The API currently presumes mainnet. Should it accept a param defining a network, for developers to test against, I believe?

type Network = 'mainnet' | 'testnet3' | 'testnet4' | 'signet';

Or, is the idea this is implicit based on the user's current network setting?
