Installing license fails and stalls during Helm chart install #803

Installing a Helm chart with kubectl kots install helm://stable/elasticsearch, and then opening the Admin Console and uploading a license (for a random project unrelated to the Helm chart) results in the upload showing nearly complete and stalled.

Clicking on the top-left icon to go to http://localhost:8800/apps results in a blank page with a spinner, and similar error message in the Console.
