mobile: "join over 100,000 developers" section uses hover animations

When you click the image, the hover effect fires really quickly(showing the details of the talk), but is immediately covered by the modal playing the video. We should either:

• disable the hover effect on mobile, and show the talk detail text below it
• require two clicks, the first to show the details, the second to pop up the video
