[FEATURE] check if a Nostr profile has a Monero address

Do a simple check to see if a Nostr profile has a Monero address. If it does, highlight the Monero tip button for their notes:
"itd be cool if the monero button on peoples notes next to the zap button were highlighted in purple if they had a monero wallet address available to send to 🤙"

Also do this for SimpleX addresses as well.

Personally, I think a better approach would be not to display the tip button at all unless the user has a Monero address.

If anyone is interested in working on this, I'll accept PRs following either approach. I only ask that the same is done with the zap button in order to ensure consistency.
