Any reason the indoor head would stop turning on?

I connected a Faikin to a unit (ordered from JLCPCB). I was able setup the WiFi and use the web portal.

After I closed it up, the entire unit would not power up. Even manually via remote or button on the machine.

I opened it back up and noticed the green LED on the board is no longer on.

Only this head has the issue. The other heads work (I didn't install Faikin yet).

Any ideas as to what may have caused this and how to fix it?

Maybe a fuse blew or something?

I guess at some point I touched something, and it caused the board to panic. I cut the power at the breaker for several minutes, and turned it back on. Everything worked after that.
