My team just open sourced a shim layer for opium that generates an openapi spec and interactive documentation based on fastapi. See https://github.com/jhuapl-saralab/openapi-ocaml. We're happy to continue maintaining this separately, but it may make more sense to integrate if the functionality is of interest here.
