Folder structure for LV-ROM images

At the moment the VFS data and the images associated with the same LaserDisc are under different folders. It would be clearer if both the data and the frames for each disc were collected under a single top-level folder.

For enhancing f-code support there will need to be other files (such as VBI data) included, so this will be a good first step for that.
