Support for video missing

The emulator does not support video. For Community, this means the intro and the tutorial videos are missing. For National the intro and tutorial are also missing, however video is required when re-entering the gallery from the menus (at the moment it hangs the emulation).

National also requires this as NationalA provides links to NationalB (use 'Find' include the keyword 'Film' - try to play CLV NatB link - doesn't work).

For later AIV discs video is much more heavily used, so video support is needed for all other discs.

I should add that using lossy/lossless mp4 containers is a good target for this (as use can remove inter-frame compression for the stills) - this also allows the analogue audio (during the intro, tutorials and all of NationalB) to be included.
