Missing 'Beep'

In the original Domesday system the retrieval software uses a 'beep' to indicate to the user when they have reached the end of a sequence. For example, when viewing images for a D-block. Without this beep there is no indication of the system has stopped responding to 'change' commands - which is confusing for the end-user.
