Video disc frame updates when cycling through National picturesets

The way in which the emulated player changes frames isn't accurate, causing the emulator to 'flash' the old frame before moving to the next (this is very noticeable when using menus and options during the National picture sets).

This needs a better description of the recreation steps which I will try to add soon.
