After jsipfs connects to us (via mDNS discovery) the peer ID is duplicated in the address

> dotnet csipfs.dll --api http://localhost:5009 swarm peers
/ip4/192.168.178.21/tcp/53221/ipfs/QmXFX2P5ammdmXQgfqGkfswtEVFsZUJ5KeHRXQYCTdiTAb/ipfs/QmXFX2P5ammdmXQgfqGkfswtEVFsZUJ5KeHRXQYCTdiTAb
