wget is worse than useless as a default, and If this ever gets packaged, I don't want to incur the dependency.

Options

  • No default -- require the user to set one up. clap's message here is garbage though; see replace clap #5.
  • A crappy script that tries curl, wget, ??? in preference order until one works.
  • Basic built-in downloading. Still not sure about this.
