Hassle the contact persons listed on the EU webpage to update the dead sources:

Also useful data but does not include IBAN:
https://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/financial_corporations/list_of_financial_institutions/html/monthly_list-MID.en.html

The best data set is from swift, but it is paid:
https://www.swift.com/our-solutions/compliance-and-shared-services/swiftref/swiftref-payments-processing/payment-data-files
