Fake materialized views don't remove rows

There's a couple tables now which are a kind of manual materialized views. The implementation is built on the assumption that rows don't get removed, but that's broken in some cases.

Particularly, this is likely to have broken the feature where deleted tweets would get removed from the database. That should be fixed.
