Rust update

Updates project to use Rust, while also fixing a ton of smaller issues and uncovering some extra memory layouts.

• Map CLI arguments memory
• Map MezFes memory
• Correctly map server notification memory

Before running the executable, make sure there's a config.json file with correct values in the game's folder.

Extra validation

Add some extra validation and logging to catch possible errors

A specific flag had to be set in order to allow creating new characters

Initial Release

Initial Release. Should be able to run with existing characters.

This needs to be run from the terminal so you can specify the arguments.
