Mouse pointer is not displayed while the app is active

Describe the bug
The mouse cursor is not visible on desktop while the app is active. The mouse becomes visible again when the wallpaper app is closed. Tried restarting but didn't help and i haven't updated the system.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Desktop (Press win+D)
2. Move mouse cursor
3. Mouse not visible
4. Open another app - mouse becomes visible again
5. The mouse is not visible when live wallpaper is displayed
6. Pause wallpaper
7. The mouse is still not visible while wallpaper app is active

Expected behavior
The mouse cursor was supposed to be visible even when the live wallpaper was working and this issue wasn't present the last time i turn on my laptop

Additional context
this issue wasn't present the last time i turn on my laptop. Tried restarting multiple times but the issue is not bein resolved
