Describe the bug
If lively wallpaper is set to play even when another application is full screen, this wallpaper works perfectly. However, if I keep the default setting of pausing when another application is full screen, the live wallpaper is sometimes still paused when I return to the desktop and takes a long time to start playing again. I have noticed this issue with the music tunnel and rain live wallpapers (haven't tested the others).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set live wallpaper to pause when other apps are in full screen.
  2. Open app in full screen.
  3. Go to desktop.
  4. Observe aforementioned behaviour.

Expected behavior
When we return to the desktop, the wallpaper should begin playing immediately.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 11 24H2 26120.2222
  • Wallpaper running at the time: Rain
