Scheduler not work when enabled and limit time set #175

I have enable the scheduler but it is not limiting the speed with in the time provided, see below.

Server Timezone

i have set the TZ= Australia/Sydney

Time zone in Docker container

scheduler enabled

not able to see it limited in the footer
