scroll bar overlay transparency and broken shortcuts #45

the overlay on the scroll bar in 2.1 makes it hard to see the green flag marker lines. Could the overlay be made more transparent?
alt + left/right arrow shortcut to slow scroll one frame is broken in 2.0 and 2.1, sometimes it works and sometimes it makes a full jump as if alt key isn't pressed
workplace favorites shortcuts are broken in 2.0 and 2.1, does not allow alt+shift+1 to 9 to save bookmarks at locations in the log for quick referencing
