Make the map list larger

As CP has evolved, the map list has had more stuff added to it. Very useful features. I often leave maps in there unselected because I come back to them. However, its confines and presentation have not kept up with the changes and now it's annoying to use.

Gripes:

• It only shows two maps at a time
• Its size resets on app load
• The grab handle is easy to miss and too hard to grab
• Long filepaths push the map name, preset and check box off the visible area
• The light grey text on white background is hard to read

Suggestions:

• Increase the default vertical size
• Have the app remember the vertical size and perhaps the app width
• Increase the size and contrast of the grab handle
• Split the presented info into columns
• Increase text colour contrast
