I've migrated the changes from this pr in #320 and #321 and created a new issue to add the [preserves-definednes] tag to missing productions in cheatcodes.md. If I missed anything, let's open an issue for it. Meanwhile I'm closing this.

For some of the cheatcodes (foundry.call.addr and foundry.call.sign), [preserves-definednes] was added in #286.

@PetarMax do we also want to add [preserves-definednes] to #setCode ACCTID CODE and #setStorage ACCTID LOC VALUE as was done in #303, or shall we close this issue?
