some sort of feature where the bot scans all of the speaking characters and action lines for character names, then produces a fast list of who is actually in the scene.

make sure to note that some players can appear as two different names in the script, like CHRISTOS and POLYCHRONOPOLIS. Both should register as the same character. Obviously players need to be cognizant of this. But these sort of things might help make clear the rules.
