Our service-catalog is getting bigger and it might be that links will break.

I would like to add https://github.com/lycheeverse/lychee-action to monitor how links and detect broken ones.

Here's how I use it in release-plz.
It runs on every PR and on main.

What do you think?

The downside is that sometimes the check fails because websites are down. That's why it's a non-blocking job 👍
