Exception: core\formatting::format_text(): Argument #2 ($format) must be of type string, array given, called in [dirroot]/lib/weblib.php on line 617

Steps to reproduce (tested on Moodle 4.5.1 with Postgres):

  1. Create a PDF annotator activity (plugin version 2024121200) on Moodle 4.5.1
  2. Create at least one comment in the PDF
  3. Change to Overview (unresolved) - Error: core\formatting::format_text(): Argument Missing string #2 ($format) must be of type string, array given, called in [dirroot]/lib/weblib.php on line 617 appears
  4. if you change in overview to "solved", the error disappears
  5. Change back to unsolved (or all), the error appears again.
