GNU Radio Plot Missing Issues (Windows OS)

I've installed GNU Radio recently using the randioconda installation (Windows OS). Even without changing the path, I'm getting this message with a return code like '3221225477'. When I tried to run the Python script, it also shows a missing GNU Radio library. How can I overcome this? I'm afraid that I haven't seen any variables related to GNU Radio in the environment variables.

Does your issue sound the same as #78? That seems plausible since you're using a QT Sink. If so, I should have a fix for that soon.
