This release includes only minor updates to packages (see below). It's main feature is further improvement in making the Windows installation less susceptible to interference from other software radio distributions like PothosSDR. This is achieved by overriding environment variables that are set in the Windows registry, either by deleting them (when installing with Admin privileges) or shadowing them with empty values (when installing with regular user privileges).

This is a development release that includes GNU Radio 3.10.1.1. All normally-included GNU Radio OOT modules have been rebuilt for version 3.10 and are once again included in the release. Given the relatively small difference in compatibility between GNU Radio 3.9 and 3.10, this is likely to be the last pre-release for testing GNU Radio 3.10 before it is incorporated into the regular radioconda releases. The following changes are relative to the last development release.

In addition to the prior fix/workaround concerning interference from PothosSDR, this release also removes the PothosSDR-set environment variables from the registry upon installation.

This release includes fixes for a couple of recently-diagnosed packaging problems:
- (Linux/macOS) GTK errors involving "Settings schema 'org.gtk.Settings.FileChooser'". The problem arises from GTK being unable to find its schema files in the conda environment due to an unset
GSETTINGS_SCHEMA_DIRenvironment variable. This is now fixed in the most recentlibglibpackage. - (Windows) Interference from PothosSDR installation. PothosSDR globally sets some environment variables affecting GNU Radio, which results in radioconda's GNU Radio being unable to load libraries or find GRC blocks. The installer now initializes the conda environment so that these variables are cleared when the environment is activated, avoiding the interference without affecting PothosSDR.

This release brings a couple of new packages (alsa-plugins and gnuradio-iridium) and updates to many more. The inclusion of alsa-plugins means that GNU Radio now includes Pulseaudio support by default, and the inclusion of gnuradio-iridium represents our growing effort to include more GNU Radio out-of-tree (OOT) packages.
